The Earth Hour!

The World Wildlife Federation are up to their old tricks again.
They are hosting the world earth hour where volunteers who have signed up can turn off all their electrical appliances, lights, computers, televisions for an hour or more.
They aim to reduce carbon emissions, light pollution, and help earth for the long term.
Here is an excerpt from the website:
| “Earth Hour started in 2007 in Sydney, Australia when 2.2 million homes and businesses turned their lights off for one hour to make their stand against climate change. Only a year later and Earth Hour had become a global sustainability movement with more than 50 million people across 35 countries participating. Global landmarks such as the, Sydney Harbour Bridge, The CN Tower in Toronto, The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, and Rome’s Colosseum, all stood in darkness, as symbols of hope for a cause that grows more urgent by the hour.”

Introducing Supporting Act

“Supporting Act is a small drama group based within Penketh High School. The group focuses on creating a large amount of productions, shown on YouTube and Vimeo.”

Created a video using a fantastic plug in from video co-pilot called VC reflections and it looks amazing.

We’re on Google Wave!

Thats right!
We recently got invited to Google Wave and we are now testing it to it’s full potential. It is sleek, shiny, slightly lacking in customization, but overall a really good system. It has about a year for public release but we can assure you it’s going to be a good one!

The banner is finally done, took forever to re-draft to get it right, but it looks pretty nice. I didn’t use photo shop either. Just after effects. It is now linked to our wonderful twitter page, so feel free to follow and read.
